Staging & Organizing
Our team comes in with the supplies, structure, and care needed to prepare the home for sale. We thoughtfully organize the contents room by room and transform the space into a clean, inviting shopping environment. There is no need to clean or organize anything beforehand. We handle it for you.

Pricing & Advertising
The Estate Dragon will use years of experience to accurately identify and price each and every item in a home. We focus on identifying higher - value items while also pricing the rest of the home to ensure a successful sale overall. We’ll find the treasures you didn’t even realize you had. Once everything is ready, we photograph and promote the sale across multiple platforms and to our network of buyers to attract a strong turnout.

Sale
We host a professionally managed, in-person estate sale at your property, typically lasting one to three days. Our team handles all customer interactions, transactions, and flow throughout the home. We work to achieve the best possible return on valuable items while ensuring the rest of the contents are sold efficiently.

Payment & Cleanout
After the sale, you will receive a clear, itemized summary along with your proceeds within a defined timeframe. Upon request, we can coordinate next steps, such as donation services or junk removal, through our trusted partners.
Buyouts
